Thank you for this interesting course and positive feedback on each assignment. As repetition is the mother of learning, for me, it would have been probably helpful to have the main shortcuts repeated at the beginning of each course day, when you use them. An alternative, could have been to show them in the chat during the first 10 minutes of the day.

Andrew and Aroop definitely haveexceptional knowledge of the material and this comes accross in the way the course is delivered. The format of 3 sessions a day with breaks in between is very good. I also liked the way that assignments were set and reviewed in the following session. With the course beingspread over 2 weeks, it was much easier to keep up to date with other work using the off days.

This was one of the best trainings I've ever participated in while at the EBRD. No, this was the best training! Incredible work, Andrew and Aroop are the best. Very well structured contents, quality and helpful pre-course that allowed me to dive in the course and be aware of some topics prior to the first session. Very well presented and thought through course with sections/parts logically linked together for better understanding and specific exercisers that provide hands on learning of each step. I liked the chat with quick reminder of the shortcuts throughout the presentations. I liked the clarity of the explanations. Even for someone who's not in accounting or financial controlling, I was able to follow the theory very well. Overall, I believe the FAST standard and the helpful keyboard shortcuts will help me to improve my modelling tremendously. My only remark to the format would be the limited video resolution and poor audio quality. When updating the course, I would improve on these points. Other than that, I was very happy with the format.

I think the course reach the most important aspects of modeling, however, I do feel the course could add a module for managing inventory, so it can explain how inventory and cost of goods are related and ways of how could it be model.

I did the course online and had to take fairly regular breaks due mainly to the presentation style. While I understand it is a serious course, the standard presentation approach throughout the modules had me battling to concentrate after a period of time. As a comparison, another "craft" I studied online was computer programming through Harvard"s CS50 course. Presentation there was a lot more entertaining, allowing for longer concentration spans. Otherwise the course was absolutely fantastic.

The format is easy to follow. Mouse-free instruction was very beneficial to me. There is almost nothing to critisise. May be video recording for Hotel Raja case studies would be nice to have.
